Základ našich šperků tvoři slitina mědi a zinku,které pokoveny 18-ti karáto- vým zlatem,střibrem nebo rhodiem či rutheniem,připadně jejich kombinací. Rhodium-je ušlechtilý kov ze skupiny lehkých platinových kovů,vkterý je velice stálý,pevný a odolný vůčivněj- šim vlivům,jako je lidský pot, světlo a dalši.Rhodiované šperky jsou tedy odolné, neoxiduji,vynikaji vysokým leskem a maji vzhled bilého zlata. Sperky pokovené rutheniem jsou tmavě šedostřibrné.Sperky jsou osázeny CZ krystaly různých barev, krystaly Swarovski, perlami a polo- drahokamy. CZ krystaly-Cubic Zirco- nia - jsou moderni syntetické kameny různých barev, kte-ré nahrazuji pravé kameny.Tvrdost CZ kristalů je 8.5 až 9(přičemž diamanty maji tvrdost 10).
